How to Fix an iPhone 18 Pro That Won’t Charge When Plugged In
1- Try a different power source
Plug your device into one of these power sources: a computer, a power accessory, or a wall power outlet. With a wall power outlet, check for firm connections between your charging cable, USB wall adapter, and wall outlet, or try a different outlet.
2- Try a different charging cable
Check your charging cable. Try a new cable. You may want to borrow one. If your iPhone 18 Pro starts to charge now, this means you need to replace your charging cable.
3- Charging port
Remove any debris from the charging port on the bottom of your device, then firmly plug your charging cable into your device. Let your device charge for half an hour.
4- Restart your device
Simply restart your iPhone 18 Pro by pressing and holding the side button and either the volume up or volume down buttons until you see the Slide to Power off slider. Drag the slider, then wait 30 seconds for your device to turn off. To turn your device back on, press and hold the side button (on the right side of your iPhone) until you see the Apple logo. You can alternatively go to Settings > General > Shut Down.
5- Update your iOS
Simply update your iPhone 18 Pro. You can do so easily and wirelessly. Simply go to Settings > General > Software Update.
6- Force restart your iPhone 18 Pro
To do this, press and quickly release the volume up button, press and quickly release the volume down button, press and hold the Side button until you see the Apple logo
