When you log a pregnancy in the Health app on iPhone or iPad, you can view your gestational age on Apple Watch and log bleeding and symptoms.

The Health app on iPhone and the Cycle Tracking app on Apple Watch can help you better understand your data during pregnancy by making adjustments and recommendations to reflect changes in your physical and mental health. On iPhone or iPad, you can log the first day of your last period or an estimated due date.

  • Cardio Fitness (Apple Watch only): Cardio Fitness notifications are recommended to be turned off during and until 12 weeks after the end of your pregnancy.
