Single sign-on simplifies access to entertainment apps like Peacock and AMC on Apple TV 4K. You sign in only once to get immediate access to all the supported apps that require your cable or satellite pay TV credentials. After that, any other supported app you have access to authenticates you automatically, so you don’t need to sign in again.

If you didn’t activate single sign-on during setup, you can activate it in Settings. And if you have more than one Apple TV 4K, you’ll sign in once for each.

Here’s how to sign in with your TV provider on your Apple TV 4K.

  1. Go to Settings on Apple TV 4K.
  2. Go to Profiles and Accounts > TV Provider and select Sign In.
  3. Enter your TV provider in the search field, or navigate down and select a provider from the list.
  4. Sign in with your profile name and password for that provider.

To deactivate single sign-on after you’ve signed in, select Remove TV Provider.

Note: Have more than one Apple TV 4K? You’ll need to sign in once on each Apple TV 4K.

Not all features and content are available in all countries or regions or on all Apple TV hardware models.
