iPhone 18 Pro Preparing Video error fix
Try these first:
To fix this problem, first, try to restart your device and then ensure that your iPhone has the latest version of iOS. Press and hold either volume button and the side button until the power-off slider appears. Drag the slider, then wait 30 seconds for your device to turn off. To turn your device back on, press and hold the side button (on the right side of your iPhone) until you see the Apple logo. You can go to Settings > General > Software Update to update your device to the latest version of the software. When you update the iOS software, all of its apps including Photos will also be updated.
You can also restart the Photos app and the Camera app. Here is how:
- From the Home Screen, swipe up from the bottom of the screen and pause in the middle of the screen.
- Swipe right or left to find the app that you want to close.
- Swipe up on the app’s preview to close the app.
- Then open the Photos app and try again.
Force restart
