Recently, I took my iPhone 18 Pro with me in the sauna. The temperature in the sauna was really high, as usual. And within ten minutes, I saw the Temperature warning on my device. I immediately turned off my device and moved it to a cooler environment. It took 1 hour my phone to cool down and it was working again.

- The display dims or goes black.
- Cellular signal might weaken as radios enter a low-power state.
- The camera flash or other camera features might be temporarily disabled.
- In some apps or features, performance is reduced with lower frame rates or increased processing times.
If your device exceeds a certain temperature threshold, it will present a temperature warning screen. An iPhone showing this message might still be able to make emergency calls.
