1. The first troubleshooting step is to try force restart. Here is how:
- Press and quickly release the volume up button.
- Press and quickly release the volume down button.
- Press and hold the side button until you see the Apple logo (this might take longer than 10 seconds).
2. If the force restart does not resolve your problem, then you may want to put your iPhone into Recovery Mode. You will need a computer. Here is how:
